Fat Marlon Bando
1984 ?

One of the many splinters from 'This Happy Breed' have yet another stab at music-making, this time including their girlfriends, Mike's best mate from Middlesex Polytechnic, and the enigmatic Kitchener. Efforts were hampered slightly when the Breed's drummer decides that he'd much prefer to play keyboards, resulting in an entirely drum-machine driven affair. The band's anthem 'Fish Child' centred on Kemp's infectious guitar riff, with keyboards from whichever keyboard player could get to the organ first. Lyrics and vocals were provided by Lynne and Christina, who, though new to the game, gave it their all....
Unfortunately it was the band's only song (not counting a ropey Doors-like jam, and the preset tune on Grant's organ) - and consequently this extraordinary line-up never lived up to their initial promise....
